How did I end up in the UAE?
I started out 28 years ago as an engineer.
Studied project management and earned a diploma in Project Management.
Then I realized: sales aren’t about the product. They’re about people.
And I dove into the hardest part — direct, real sales.
To sell better, I studied emotional intelligence (EQ) and earned a diploma in psychology.
Over 26 years, I’ve gone from cold calls to structuring $260 million in deals
and building and leading international teams.
I’ve trained over 1000 brokers — in Dubai, Russia, and the CIS.
And here’s what I know for sure: it’s not about the scripts.
It’s about the person who’s reading them.
Here’s the honest truth:
I know what it’s like to go a month without a single deal.
To call a client and feel your voice tremble.
To have a team that’s “trying” — but nothing’s working.
I’ve been there. And I built a system to get out.
